1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Portland Custom Cabinets, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Portland Custom Cabinets provides custom cabinetry and architectural millwork services, including:

  • Custom Kitchen Cabinets
  • Bathroom Vanities
  • Custom Millwork
  • Built-in Furniture & Bookcases
  • Commercial Casework
  • 3D Design Service and architectural plan review

3. Quotations and Pricing

All work is quoted per project in US dollars following an in-home, on-site, or showroom consultation. Quotations reflect the species, finishes, hardware, and scope agreed at that time and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. Changes to scope, materials, or site conditions may change the price, and we will confirm any change in writing before proceeding.

4. Deposits and Payment

Custom work requires a deposit before fabrication begins, with the balance due according to the schedule set out in your project agreement. Because every piece is made to measure for your space, deposits cover materials and shop time already committed.

5. Scheduling, Access, and Site Conditions

Installation dates depend on site readiness and safe access. Where walls, floors, plumbing, or electrical work are not complete or are found to differ materially from the plans, the schedule may need to be adjusted. We will tell you as soon as we become aware.

6. Changes and Cancellation

Change requests must be made in writing and may affect price and timeline. Once fabrication of custom components has begun, those components cannot be cancelled or returned, as they are made specifically for your project.

7. Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we built is not right, contact us and we will inspect it and put it right where the fault is ours. Wood is a natural material and will show seasonal movement, grain variation, and colour change over time; these are characteristics of the material rather than defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Portland Custom Cabinets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, drawings, renderings, photographs, and logos, is the property of Portland Custom Cabinets and is protected by copyright. Design drawings and 3D renderings we prepare remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, with the revision date updated above.
